Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Surveys are used to identify airborne contaminates and their concentrations. Testing assists in locating source areas of contamination, and can also be used post source removal to confirm the successfulness of remediation.

Protective Coatings are effective at eliminating and preventing the growth of fungi and bacteria within air conveuance systems. Protective coatings can be applied to resurface and seal deteriorating duct lining.

Source Removal Ventilation removes contaminates from interior surfaces of air handling units, ductwork, intake grills, registers, diffusers, turning vanes, dampers, mixing boxes, VAV boxes and any other internal component for both porous and non-porous surfaces.

Leak Detection - Air leakage within the ventilation system results in energy loss, thus increasing the cost to cool or heat your home or facility. Even more of a concern, openings within a system may result in air being pulled into the system from a crawl space or attic. This air being introduced quite often contains high levels of contaminates such as fiberglass and fungal spores. Moisture-ladened air is also introduced into the system through leaks when humidity levels are high, often creating unwanted condensation within and around the system.

SANAIR Indoor Air Quality is a certified member of the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA). We perform our services in accordance with NADCA industry standards, including Assessment Cleaning and Restoration of HVAC Systems (ACR) 2002. SANAIR maintains NADCA certified Air System Cleaning Specialists on staff.
